PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Valhala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Braydon Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Key's choice of entrance music: Highway to Hell - AC/DC. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Key cracks Valhala with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Valhala tries to clinch but Key moves out of range.

Braydon Key seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Key is pressed up against the cage. Valhala has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Key down to the mat. Key avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Valhala feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
