Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matti Wanhanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Bubba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wanhanen comes to the ring accompanied by Hassisen Kone - Oikeus on voittanut taas. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wanhanen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wanhanen.
Wanhanen shoots in looking for a takedown. Bubba tries to sprawl out of it but Wanhanen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Bubba manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matti Wanhanen. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Bubba wants to control the pace but Wanhanen is squirming around nicely.

Bubba had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wanhanen is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bubba Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wanhanen's back instead.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Bubba slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Wanhanen has his foot on Bubba's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bubba works his way back into a safe position though.
Bubba tries to stand but Wanhanen is controlling from the bottom.
Wanhanen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Wanhanen is looking for a kimura but Bubba is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wanhanen to get the leverage.
Wanhanen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bubba doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wanhanen.
Wanhanen wants to stand but Bubba has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Wanhanen is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Bubba is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
