Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Roger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chuck Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jerry Roger! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva clinches up with Roger and pushes him back against the cage. Silva looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Silva looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Roger keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Silva's efforts to push away. Silva tries to pull guard but Roger won't allow it.
Silva looking for a takedown. Silva wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Silva is fighting off a takedown attempt but Roger is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Silva to the mat. Silva regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Roger is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Let's hope that Roger has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva is working an open guard so Roger takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Roger looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Roger slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Despite being in the dominant position, Jerry Roger just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Roger gets a takedown into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roger's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Roger seems to be working for a kimura but Silva defends the submission attempt. Roger is keen to just control but Silva is a slippery customer. Silva wants to improve his position but Roger is controlling well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Roger content to control rather than advance. Silva is looking for a sweep. Roger is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Roger looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Silva wants to control but Roger is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Silva leaves Roger with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Roger walks into a left hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jerry Roger dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Roger drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Roger content to stall in guard here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva keeping moving, preventing Roger from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Roger sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Silva working a defensive guard but Roger passes into half guard.
Roger takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is not content to let Roger control the position. Roger is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roger off to one side. Silva is looking to clinch but Roger is avoiding it.
Roger looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Roger persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing. Chuck Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerry Roger. The fight stays on the outside here - Roger looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Silva darts in and clinches Roger up against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Roger keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Silva's efforts to push away. Roger prevents a takedown attempt there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jerry Roger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Roger fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away. Roger gets in close and instigates a clinch. Roger tries for a takedown. No joy.

Chuck Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerry Roger. Silva pulls guard successfully.
Roger trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom. Roger postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Silva is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Roger, into his guard. Roger looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Silva is defending well. Roger quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Silva has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Roger celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
