Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Seal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brendan Wertman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wertman has chosen Not Afraid as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rob Seal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Brendan Wertman! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wertman fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Seal doesn't manage to clinch there - Wertman circles away.
Wertman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Seal avoids it really well and circles away. Wertman shoots in but Seal avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rob Seal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brendan Wertman. Seal moves in looking to clinch but Wertman pushes him off. Seal misses with a jab, cross combination.
Seal fails in his attempt to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wertman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wertman keeping moving, preventing Seal from controlling successfully. Seal connects with a couple of short punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wertman is looking for a triangle but Seal pushes his legs off easily.
Seal throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wertman is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Seal working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Seal throws a strike but Wertman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Wertman won't allow Seal to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wertman forces his way into half guard. Seal knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wertman on the ground. Seal avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Wertman. Wertman stops Seal from getting back to his feet.
Seal won't allow Wertman to pass to mount. Wertman wants to control but Seal is keeping him busy. Wertman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wertman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Seal counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Seal is trying to control the action in half guard but Wertman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Seal missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Seal thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wertman's head. Seal trying to advance position but Wertman counters by regaining guard. Seal wants to control from the top but Wertman keeps moving. Wertman has his hands on Seal's head, controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Seal trying to control but Wertman is working from the bottom. Seal throws and elbow that misses. Wertman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Seal's guard. Nice move by Wertman! Seal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wertman is controlling him. Wertman thows a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Seal dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Seal throws a nice looking combination but Wertman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wertman looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Wertman avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Wertman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wertman lands in his opponent's guard. Seal is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Seal keeping full guard, as Wertman tries to pass. Seal keeping moving, preventing Wertman from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wertman looking to pass the guard. Wertman wants to control from the top but Seal keeps moving. Seal wants to stand but Wertman is controlling the position. Seal on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Seal tries to get out of the position. Wertman trying to control but Seal is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Wertman doesn't manage to clinch there - Seal circles away.
Wertman stuffs the takedown. Wertman fails with the takedown and Seal counters with a takedown into side control. Seal working away. Seal fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Wertman sneaks back into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Seal missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Seal looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seal keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Seal wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wertman keeps working. Seal thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wertman's head. Seal is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Wertman makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wertman. Seal with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Seal throwing strikes but missing. Wertman wants to get back to his feet but Seal is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wertman is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wertman trying to keep a closed guard but Seal is proving a slippery customer.
Seal trying to control the position from guard on top but Wertman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wertman can't keep his opponent in guard - Seal advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Seal missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Seal prevents Wertman from standing back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Seal dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Wertman throws a series of punches but Seal avoids them all with ease. Seal gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Wertman counters with a shoot takedown. Seal fights it but they end up in guard. Rob Seal overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Seal wants to get back to his feet but Wertman is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wertman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Seal works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Wertman thows a big elbow that misses. Seal is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Seal working a defensive guard here.

Seal throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Seal works over Wertman with some ground and pound from guard. Seal connects with a couple of short punches. Seal trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Seal lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Seal is working Wertman over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seal with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Seal throws a strike but Wertman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Seal wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Wertman thows a big elbow that misses. Seal wants to stand up but Wertman is controlling him. Wertman with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Seal working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Wertman. Wertman trying to control but Seal is working from the bottom. Seal avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wertman throws a combination that misses and Seal counters with a takedown into side control. Seal grinds an elbow into Wertman's temple. The strikes coming from Seal are missing the target in this wave of attacks. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wertman is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Seal is controlling him well. Brendan Wertman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rob Seal is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Wertman struggling a bit here.
And that's the end of the fight! Rob Seal showed his dominance in that final round. Well Seal has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
