Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Uuno Turpahuuro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Kreese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turpahuuro comes to the cage accompanied by The Ting Tings - That's Not My Name. Uuno Turpahuuro could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to John Kreese's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Uuno Turpahuuro!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Kreese!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kreese missing with a left hand there. Turpahuuro was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Kreese.
Kreese misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Turpahuuro is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The strikes coming from Kreese are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kreese postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Turpahuuro tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kreese swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Turpahuuro counters with a crisp one two that drops Kreese! Turpahuuro thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kreese to his feet! Kreese is in big trouble!

Kreese feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kreese accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
