Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Vrechi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vrechi comes to the cage accompanied by Hallowed by name. The key to victory for Max Vrechi has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Bailey!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bailey scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vrechi is trying to stand up here but Bailey is controlling him well.

Vrechi tries to kick Bailey off but Bailey keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Vrechi is trying to stand.
Bailey perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

I looks like Bailey might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Vrechi is not content to let Bailey control the position.

Bailey is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Vrechi has managed to free his arm - good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vrechi pushes Bailey off looking to stand but Bailey dives back in and keeps control.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Bailey passes to full mount!
Vrechi's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Bailey has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Vrechi's face.
Bailey is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Vrechi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Let's hope that Bailey has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Bob Bailey just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Vrechi is looking to clinch.

Bailey closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bailey lands in his opponent's guard.
Bailey stays in close to Vrechi's body and controls the position.

Vrechi is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bailey is controlling him.

Bailey sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Vrechi's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Vrechi slaps away a takedown attempt from Bailey, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Bailey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bailey perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Bailey lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Bailey is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Vrechi is trying to stand up here but Bailey is controlling him well.
Bailey seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

That's seven minutes gone in the round.

Bailey wants to free his trapped foot but Vrechi is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Bailey throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Vrechi looks like he's trying to stand up.
Vrechi blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bailey.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bailey misses with a head kick.
Vrechi throws a sloppy head kick and Bailey moves out of range easily.

Bailey feints and as Vrechi raises his hands in defense, Bailey changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bailey content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Bailey passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Bailey is staying tight to Vrechi's torso, preventing him from escaping.

That's nine minutes gone in the round.
Vrechi is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Bailey cracks Vrechi with a big elbow.
Bailey passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Vrechi!
Bailey looking to control and managing it successfully.
Bailey fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Bob Bailey comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bailey has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
