The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bollin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bollin fails in his attempt to clinch.
De Santos tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bollin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten De Santos somewhat.
Bollin throws a sloppy head kick and De Santos moves out of range easily.

Max Bollin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bollin is looking to clinch.
Bollin tries to clinch there but De Santos circles away.
De Santos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
De Santos shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bollin napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well De Santos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
