Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Janos Prohaska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Bellic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bellic comes into a darkened arena with his song building. My Time kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Janos Prohaska has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Janos Prohaska! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Niko Bellic! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prohaska shoots in and bounces Bellic off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Prohaska trying to control the position from guard on top but Bellic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bellic has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Prohaska is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bellic. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Prohaska scores with punches from side control. Prohaska throws an elbow but Bellic slips to the side and avoids it well. Prohaska tries to move into full mount but can't pass Bellic's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prohaska throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Bellic managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Prohaska.
Prohaska taking a breather here. Prohaska lands a few punches from side control. Prohaska sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bellic is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Prohaska is keen to just control but Bellic is a slippery customer. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Prohaska lands a nice short elbow. Prohaska with the ground and pound but Bellic uses the opportunity to regain guard. Prohaska tries to free his leg and advance position but Bellic is retaining full guard.

Prohaska chips away with some ground and pound. Prohaska throws a strike but Bellic rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bellic keeping moving, preventing Prohaska from controlling successfully. Prohaska slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Bellic managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Prohaska.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bellic parries the strikes from Prohaska easily there. Prohaska is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Bellic to escape.
Prohaska taking a break here but Bellic is having none of it and regains half guard. Prohaska looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bellic with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Prohaska trying to pass the guard but Bellic defending well. Bellic keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Prohaska throws a strike but Bellic avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Bellic lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Prohaska! Prohaska on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Prohaska tries to get out of the position. Bellic goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Prohaska is on top in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Prohaska has Bellic up against the cage in a clinch.

Janos Prohaska overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Prohaska is staying tight to Bellic's torso, preventing him from escaping. Prohaska lands some shots froms side control. Prohaska has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
