Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trevy the wonder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mladen Ropac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trevy the wonder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mladen Ropac! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - the wonder looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ropac shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ropac clinches but the wonder breaks the clinch and the wonder counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ropac! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Ropac is working to get back to half guard.
the wonder controlling from the full mount. Ropac wants to hold on but the wonder pushes him away. Ropac regains half guard. Ropac is trying to control but the wonder passes into side control!
Ropac tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but the wonder wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. the wonder controls the position. the wonder working away. the wonder stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ropac doesn't succeed with the takedown and the wonder decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ropac's guard. the wonder is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Ropac working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from the wonder.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ropac keeping moving, preventing the wonder from controlling successfully. Ropac looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but the wonder puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. the wonder trying to control from half guard but Ropac is working away. Ropac trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Ropac looks gassed! the wonder controlling from the full mount. Ropac working to try and regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. the wonder controlling from mount. Ropac tries to get back to half guard but can't. the wonder lands a nice shot to the head. the wonder landing strikes from the mount. Ropac tries to get back to half guard but can't. the wonder fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. the wonder controlling from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ropac tries to improve his position but instead the wonder has taken his back! Ropac is looking to escape here. Oh dear - the wonder has locked on a rear naked choke here! Ropac is tapping out! The fight is over!
