Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Remy Hoost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cleon Base (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoost comes to the cage accompanied by Man With A Harmonica. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Base looks for the body kick but Hoost saw that one coming.
Hoost lands a head kick!
It looks like Cleon Base has been cut.
Base fails to land the takedown.
Base tries to land a front kick but Hoost steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hoost scores with a head kick.
Hoost lands a nice hook to Base's body. Base takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Base tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Base back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Base is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoost with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Base is still on wobbly legs! Can Hoost finish him?
Hoost connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Base seems to have recovered his senses.
Base looks gassed!
Hoost throws a quick inside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hoost, right into the meat.
Base chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hoost can pounce on him.

Hoost fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Base takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Base stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hoost.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Hoost.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hoost lands a left and a right that send Base crashing to the mat, dazed. Hoost thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Base takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Hoost works Base's body with a nice hook.
Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Base tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Base back to his feet - he wants the finish!
That has opened up Cleon Base's cut even more.
Good leg kick by Hoost there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Base has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Base takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hoost.
Hoost scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Base takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A solid body kick from Hoost.
Hoost is looking to wear down Base with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hoost scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
The cut above Cleon Base's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Base tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Base back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hoost scores with a spinning back kick!
Hoost dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Base takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hoost throws a head kick that Base semi-blocks.
Cleon Base's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Hoost fakes the leg kick and cracks Base in the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hoost lands a big head kick that sends Base tumbling to the mat! Hoost takes a step backwards and waves Base back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cleon Base's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Remy Hoost!
