The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMulligan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Delgulo as he avoids it easily.
Delgulo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
McMulligan misses with a wild combination.
Delgulo slaps away a takedown attempt from McMulligan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Delgulo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McMulligan defends it nicely.
McMulligan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Delgulo paws at him with a jab and circles away.

McMulligan creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Delgulo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of McMulligan's face.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Delgulo with a couple of short strikes.
Delgulo has hold of McMulligan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and McMulligan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
McMulligan is squirming around, avoiding Delgulo's attempts to control the action.
McMulligan wants to get back to his feet.
McMulligan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
