The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renegade has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Renegade throws a right hand that Christou ducks under and follows up with a left that Christou also avoids with ease.
Renegade is looking to clinch but Christou is avoiding it.
Renegade doesn't manage to clinch there - Christou circles away.
Christou will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Renegade moves in looking to clinch but Christou pushes him off.
Renegade forces Christou back against the cage and clinches.

Renegade has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Christou clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Christou won't allow Renegade to get back to his feet.
Renegade trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Christou looking to sit in guard and control but Renegade gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Renegade decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Christou, up you get!
Renegade darts in trying to clinch
and Christou counters with a series of strikes. Renegade will be more careful next time no doubt.
Renegade tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Christou counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Renegade manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Renegade lands with a thumping leg kick.
Renegade clinches but Christou breaks the clinch
and Christou counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Renegade!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Christou lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Renegade hang on?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Renegade is trying to stand up.
The referee warns Renegade that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Christou working for a submission but Renegade is keeping him at bay.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Christou lands a big shot there that rocks Renegade but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Christou working for a guillotine from mount but Renegade is in no mood to give up.
Christou has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Renegade's face.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Christou counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Christou.
Christou scoops up Renegade onto his shoulder and slams him to the mat! Oh, Renegade is hurt! Christou smells blood and finishes the fight with a barage of punches! A highlight reel finish there for Christou!
