Stanfield has chosen The Wire - Way Down in the Hole (Season 4) as his entrance music. Jonathan Caruso has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jonathan Caruso!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Marlo Stanfield!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanfield lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Caruso backs up against the cage.
Stanfield misses with a body shot.
Caruso throws out a leg kick but Stanfield moves out of range and Caruso only half commits.
Horrible takedown by Caruso or perhaps it was just good defense by Stanfield which made him look bad.
Stanfield throws a combination. Caruso tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Caruso is rocked!
Caruso pushes Stanfield up against the cage in a clinch.
Stanfield's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stanfield scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Marlo Stanfield seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caruso fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stanfield lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Caruso at a distance.
Caruso takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Oh Caruso is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stanfield finds Caruso's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Caruso flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Stanfield lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Caruso will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marlo Stanfield!
