Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie McGee IV (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drake kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is ACDC black ice - spoilin for a fight. McGee IV comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mama Anti-Fascisto: Never Surrender- Closet Monster kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee IV fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drake manages to avoid it.
No joy there for Drake, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McGee IV misses with a hook.
Drake misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Drake defending well as McGee IV loads up on a big left hand.
McGee IV throws a jab when Drake was well out of range.
McGee IV throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McGee IV throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Drake sees it coming and avoids it easily.
McGee IV misses with a looping right.
Drake takes one to the chin there.
McGee IV throws an overhand right that lands on Drake's shoulder, as Drake tries to avoid the shot.

Drake scores with a takedown into McGee IV's guard.
Drake postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Drake throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McGee IV works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

McGee IV controls Drake momentarily but Drake frees himself.
Drake won't allow McGee IV to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Drake has taken the fight to the clinch.
Drake lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of McGee IV backwards.

Drake has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but McGee IV regains guard immediately.
McGee IV is looking to stand up but Drake isn't so interested in that idea.
McGee IV bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Drake's guard.
McGee IV postures up in Drake's guard and throws a big left but Drake blocks it.
McGee IV missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drake seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Drake has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

McGee IV postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Drake is pulling down on McGee IV's head. It's preventing any offense from McGee IV, at least for the moment.
McGee IV trying to control but Drake is working from the bottom.
McGee IV is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
McGee IV postures up in Drake's guard and throws a big left but Drake blocks it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McGee IV throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drake.
McGee IV on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Drake comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
McGee IV misses with a double jab

Frankie McGee IV seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Drake closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. McGee IV did well to prevent Drake getting side control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Drake moves into full mount! McGee IV won't be happy about that!
Drake postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McGee IV looks a forlorn figure.

Drake fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
McGee IV takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Drake's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
