Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drandt Bavis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Engrle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bavis comes to the cage accompanied by When I'm Gone. Drandt Bavis could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Stan Engrle's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drandt Bavis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stan Engrle! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.

Engrle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bavis throws a chopping leg kick but Engrle manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Stan Engrle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Engrle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bavis throws a series of punches but Engrle avoids them all with ease. Bavis cracks Engrle with a good jab. Engrle defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bavis. Engrle tries a head kick but it misses.
Engrle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bavis takes a swing at Engrle's ribcage but misses. Engrle chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bavis can pounce on him.
Bavis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bavis cracks a nice hook into Engrle's ribs. Engrle chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bavis can pounce on him.
A lazy left from Bavis finds it's target. Bavis feints and then cracks Engrle's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Engrle down. Engrle walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bavis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Engrle circles away quickly and effectively. Engrle gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bavis. Engrle takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Engrle is looking to clinch but Bavis is avoiding it.
Bavis keeps the fight on the outside.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drandt Bavis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bavis blocks a head kick by Engrle.
Bavis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Bavis quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Bavis but it's paid off an Engrle is forced to tap! Nice work by Bavis.
