Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Novavich moves forwards but Everson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Nice shot by Everson.
Novavich throws a jab but it's blocked by Everson.
Everson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Everson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Novavich tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Everson working the ground and pound from side control.
Everson scores with a couple of short elbows.
Novavich misses with a strike from the bottom.
Check out the look on Everson's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Everson lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Everson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Novavich some visible discomfort.
Novavich is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Everson scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Novavich is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Everson can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
