Heffernan is trying to control Bower's posture but Bower avoids it.

Bower is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Heffernan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bower is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Heffernan is trying to escape and Bower transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Heffernan is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bower! Very nice indeed!
