Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eleandor Stubbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aviram Gilad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Eleandor Stubbs has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eleandor Stubbs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aviram Gilad! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gilad shoots for a takedown but Stubbs saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Stubbs doesn't succeed with the takedown and Gilad counters with a takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Stubbs's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Gilad misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Stubbs is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Gilad is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Stubbs wants to hold on but Gilad pushes him away. Gilad looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Gilad throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stubbs wants to control but Gilad is having none of it. Stubbs reaches up to try and control the position but Gilad seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Stubbs rolls and tries to escape and now Gilad has his back!
Stubbs turns into Gilad and is now in his guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Stubbs got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gilad has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stubbs has managed to get both his arms back between Gilad's legs - danger averted. Gilad being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Stubbs won't allow Gilad to sweep him here. Stubbs throwing strikes but missing. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stubbs sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gilad's guard. Gilad is not content to let Stubbs control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gilad tries to get to full guard but Stubbs has control of the leg. Stubbs blocks the strikes from Gilad.
Stubbs wants to get back to his feet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gilad takes the fight into the clinch. Stubbs manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Gilad manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Stubbs wants to clinch and Gilad counters with a leg kick. Stubbs doesn't succeed with the takedown and Gilad counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Stubbs clinches but Gilad breaks the clinch and Gilad counters with a single leg into guard. Stubbs didn't expect that. Stubbs is looking for a triangle but Gilad pushes his legs off easily.
Gilad throwing strikes from guard but Stubbs blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aviram Gilad dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gilad shoots for a double leg takedown but Stubbs sprawls well. He's pushed Gilad's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Stubbs gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gilad counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Stubbs's guard now. Gilad is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Gilad lands a couple of digs. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stubbs is trying to keep Gilad in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stubbs wants to get back to his feet but Gilad is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Gilad postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Stubbs preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gilad trying to control the position from guard on top but Stubbs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stubbs is looking to stand up but Gilad isn't so interested in that idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gilad works over Stubbs with some ground and pound from guard. Stubbs will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Stubbs is trying to control the position but Gilad postures up. Gilad lands a couple of elbows. Gilad is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stubbs is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stubbs has escaped and now he's on top! Gilad working for a triangle but Stubbs defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stubbs thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Stubbs trying to control but Gilad is working from the bottom. Gilad escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stubbs gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Stubbs advances to half guard. Stubbs wants to take a breather but Gilad is having none of it. Gilad actively working from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Stubbs wants to take a breather but Gilad is having none of it. Gilad avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stubbs. Stubbs is trying to control. Gilad wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Gilad trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Stubbs prevents Gilad from getting the reversal. Gilad wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gilad is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Stubbs gets his way!
Gilad looking very determined here, making life difficult for Stubbs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aviram Gilad showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Stubbs throws a head kick that misses. Gilad tries for a takedown but Stubbs circles away easily so Stubbs counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Stubbs trying to control but Gilad is working from the bottom. Gilad manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Gilad looking to control but Stubbs is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stubbs is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Gilad has taken his back.
Gilad is throwing strikes by Stubbs counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, Stubbs regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Stubbs trying to control here.
Stubbs is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gilad is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Gilad is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Stubbs has managed to free his arm - good work. Gilad is looking for a kimura here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stubbs works his way to full guard. Good work. Stubbs escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gilad gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Stubbs working for a triangle but Gilad defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Gilad won't allow Stubbs to sweep him here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Stubbs wants to improve his position but instead Gilad has moved into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Eleandor Stubbs showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gilad has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
