Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Infamous!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Franz Barta!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Barta.
Infamous slaps away a takedown attempt from Barta, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Barta is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Barta tries to clinch but Infamous is having none of it.
Infamous really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Infamous misses with an uppercut.
Barta shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Infamous as he jumps to the side.
Mike Infamous has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Franz Barta.
Barta shoots in for a takedown but Infamous shows good takedown defense.
Infamous tests Barta's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Infamous shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Infamous showed some decent athleticism there.
Barta is trying to get back to full guard.
Infamous is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Barta has managed to free his arm - good work.

Infamous is looking for a kimura but Barta is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Infamous to get the leverage.
Infamous wants to work for an arm triangle but Barta is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Infamous wants to free his trapped foot but Barta is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Barta wants to get back to full guard.
Infamous is working for a kimura but Barta is defending it quite comfortably.
Barta tries to roll over but Infamous keeps him under control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Infamous uses his free foot to push down on Barta's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Barta.
Barta is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Infamous locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Barta is forced to tap!
