Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Terry Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remose A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Terry Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Remose A!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A wants to clinch.
A combination from A does no damage.
A tries to clinch but Johnson is having none of it.
A fails with an attempt to clinch.
Remose A seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A misses with the combination.
Johnson looks for a takedown but A sprawls well.
A tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

A moves into range and clinches up with Johnson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson misses with a knee strike.
Johnson throws a knee to the head but misses.

A manages to break the clinch.

A clinches with his opponent.
Johnson looking to throw knees to the head but A is blocking nicely.
A managing to block the knees to the body from Johnson.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, A creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

A breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Horrible takedown by Johnson or perhaps it was just good defense by A which made him look bad.

A jab-cross combination lands for A and sends Johnson crashing to the mat! A follows him down to the mat - Johnson regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Johnson is rocked!

It looks like Terry Johnson has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Oh Johnson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
A prevents Johnson from standing back up.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.
Johnson trying to control from the bottom.
A missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Johnson works his way to full guard. Good work.
A missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A with a flurry of punches that miss.

A trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

A has taken the fight to the clinch.

A is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Johnson can't fight it off and eventually A manages to take the fight to the floor. Johnson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
A throwing strikes from guard but Johnson blocks nicely.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Johnson is on top in guard.
A keeping full guard, as Johnson tries to pass.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A pulls Johnson in close to prevent any damage.

Johnson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! A is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! A has escaped and now he's on top!
A stands and throws Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Johnson is trying to get back to his feet.

A tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

A stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Johnson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Remose A dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Terry Johnson's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
A is looking to clinch but Johnson is avoiding it.
Johnson swats away the attempt to clinch by A.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Johnson using the Thai plumb to throw knees but A has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Johnson misses with a knee strike.
Johnson looking to throw knees to the head but A is blocking nicely.
Johnson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but A blocks it with crossed arms.
A gets through Johnson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
A scores with a nice hook to the head.
A lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

A escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A misses with a series of wild punches.

A drops Johnson with a left right combo! A follows him down to the ground into side control.
A big shot lands for A! That's hurt Johnson! Will he recover? A fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
