Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Train (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olli Killemsoft (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Olli Killemsoft told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jimmy Train! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Olli Killemsoft! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Train has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Killemsoft finds it's way round the side to connect with Train's head. Killemsoft clinches up against the cage. Train takes an elbow to the forehead. Killemsoft throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Train tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Killemsoft's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Train will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Train displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Killemsoft throws out the jab. Killemsoft waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Train. Train scores a takedown into full mount! Train sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Killemsoft manages to regain half guard. Good work. Killemsoft wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Train trying to mount his opponent but Killemsoft defends it. Train is looking for a kimura but Killemsoft is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Train to get the leverage. Train is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Killemsoft is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Killemsoft is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Train misses with a head shot. Train wants to control the pace but Killemsoft is squirming around nicely. Train looking for a guillotine from mount but Killemsoft is having none of it. Train throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Killemsoft because Train loaded up on that one. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Killemsoft keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Train is working for a guillotine from mount but Killemsoft frees his head quite easily.
Killemsoft is squirming around, avoiding Train's attempts to control the action. Killemsoft wants to get back to his feet.
Killemsoft is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Train looking to control but Killemsoft is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Train is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Killemsoft can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That was a close round but I would say that Jimmy Train will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Killemsoft throws a right hand that Train ducks under and follows up with a left that Train also avoids with ease. Killemsoft connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Killemsoft tries to close the distance and clinch but Train swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. No joy there for Killemsoft, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Killemsoft tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Killemsoft swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Train shoots in for a takedown but Killemsoft shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Train fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Train takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Train tries to free his leg and advance position but Killemsoft is retaining full guard. Killemsoft has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. Train on the wrong end of a nice jab. Killemsoft moves into range and clinches up with Train. Killemsoft avoiding damage.
Train jumps guard but Killemsoft stands there with Train around his waist. Train gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Killemsoft lands a jab-cross combination. Train tries a head kick but it misses.
Killemsoft closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Killemsoft lands in his opponent's guard. Killemsoft decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Killemsoft is breathing heavily. Killemsoft throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Train stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Killemsoft throws a looping overhand right but Train ducks down to avoid it. Train leaves Killemsoft with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Killemsoft throws a hook but Train avoids it easily. Train shoots and misses and Killemsoft counters with a left to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Killemsoft moves into the clinch. Killemsoft is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Killemsoft receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Train tries to stall but Killemsoft uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Killemsoft pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Killemsoft throws a right and a left that both miss. Train gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Killemsoft counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Killemsoft. Killemsoft content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Olli Killemsoft showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Train scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Train wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Killemsoft, who protects the arm well. Train trying to control the position but Killemsoft is working away. Killemsoft keeping his opponent close. Killemsoft throws Train to one side and escapes! Killemsoft throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Train. Train walks into a stiff left hand from Killemsoft. Train closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Killemsoft did well to prevent Train getting side control. Train wants to lay and pray for a moment but Killemsoft keeps working. Train is really struggling to control Killemsoft but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Killemsoft has his feet on Train's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Train with a lazy takedown attempt and Killemsoft counters with a lovely shot to the body. Killemsoft drives through and clinches with Train against the cage.

Train circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Killemsoft misses with an uppercut. Train saw that one coming. Killemsoft tries to clinch and Train decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Killemsoft's guard. Killemsoft wants to stand and escape but Train is having none of it. Olli Killemsoft seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Killemsoft throws a series of punches but Train moves out of range. Train with a poor takedown and Killemsoft counters with a single leg into guard. Train didn't expect that. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Train escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Killemsoft gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Train has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Killemsoft can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jimmy Train. I think Train has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
