Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jung Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabian Gammad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jung Li! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fabian Gammad! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gammad tries to close the distance and clinch but Li swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gammad drives through and clinches with Li against the cage.
Li is trying to maintain a safe position but Gammad gets an underhook and turns Li into the cage. Knees in the clinch landing for Li.
Li lands a knee to the body.
Li is leaning against Gammad and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Li is trying to break free. Li working hard to break the clinch. Li is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Gammad is defending well for now. Gammad takes an elbow to the forehead.

Li moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Li shoots in for a takedown but Gammad shows good takedown defense. Gammad takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Li closes the distance and pushes Gammad back into the cage.

Gammad throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Li blocks it with crossed arms. Gammad's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jung Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Li tries to clinch but fails miserably and Gammad counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Li! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Li somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Gammad closes the distance and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gammad pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gammad stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Li. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gammad doesn't succeed with the takedown and Li holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Li's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gammad tries to close the distance and clinch up but Li swats him away and circles back towards the center. Li tries to clinch but fails miserably and Gammad counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Li is looking to stand up but Gammad isn't so interested in that idea. Gammad seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Li working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Gammad has passed into half guard!

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Li pushes Gammad off looking to stand but Gammad dives back in and keeps control.
Gammad performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Gammad moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Li. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gammad stands up and we're back to a striking position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Li working Gammad over with knees to the body. Li is trying to force a seperation but Gammad has the dominant position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Li comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Gammad breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li closes the distance looking to clinch and Gammad counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gammad. Li wants to control the position but Gammad says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Li wants to get back to full guard but Gammad has passed into side control. Li wants to hold on but Gammad pushes him away. Gammad tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Li tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gammad content just to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gammad trying to control but he's not successful this time. Li is desperately trying to improve his position but Gammad has a good base and remains in mount. Gammad controlling from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Li tries to hold on but Gammad postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gammad controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fabian Gammad showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Fabian Gammad's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Li is desperately trying to improve his position but Gammad has a good base and remains in mount. Li swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Li squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Fabian Gammad is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Li throwing hammer fists to the chest of Gammad. What's that going to do exactly?
And that's the end of the fight! Fabian Gammad comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Gammad winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
