Bone has chosen Disturbed - Sacrifice as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, David Steadman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, John Bone!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steadman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Bone moves into the clinch.

Bone decides to pull guard.

Bone has his foot on Steadman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Steadman works his way back into a safe position though.
Bone controls Steadman momentarily but Steadman frees himself.
Steadman sitting in guard, not really doing much.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bone is trying to control the position but Steadman postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Steadman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Bone throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Steadman avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Bone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Steadman misses with a takedown attempt - Bone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Steadman counters with a left and a right that stings Bone.
David Steadman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steadman tests Bone's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Steadman throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Bone stumbling backwards into the cage! Bone bounces back off the cage towards Steadman, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Steadman lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Steadman celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). David Steadman!
