Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Dickinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryan Swain! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dickinson wants to clinch. Dickinson misses with a head kick.
Dickinson tries to clinch but Swain is having none of it. Dickinson has Swain up against the cage in a clinch.
Dickinson tries to pull guard but Swain holds him up against the cage and eventually Dickinson drops back down to his feet.

Swain breaks from the clinch.
Dickinson tries to clinch up but Swain circles away and keeps his distance. Dickinson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Swain. Swain obviously looking to wear him down.
Dickinson moves in looking to clinch but Swain pushes him off. Dickinson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Swain. Dickinson doesn't manage to clinch there - Swain circles away.
Dickinson stuffs the takedown. Bryan Swain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Swain misses with an attempted mid kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dickinson wants to get back to his feet but Swain is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Swain tries to free his leg and advance position but Dickinson is retaining full guard. Swain sitting in guard, not really doing much. Dickinson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Swain wants to control from the top but Dickinson keeps moving. Dickinson wants to get back to his feet but Swain passes into half guard.

Dickinson works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Dickinson wanted to stand there but Swain had control of the position. Swain trying to keep a closed guard but Dickinson is proving a slippery customer.
Dickinson wants to control from the top but Swain keeps moving. Dickinson stands up and waves to Swain to follow him. Swain fails to land the takedown. Swain looks gassed! Dickinson wants to clinch up but Swain keeps it at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Swain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Dickinson is trying to keep Swain in close.
Dickinson is looking to stand back up but Swain counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Dickinson. Swain connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dickinson some visible discomfort.
Dickinson explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Swain swats away the attempt to clinch by Dickinson. Swain looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Dickinson fails in his attempt to clinch. Dickinson wants to clinch up but Swain keeps it at a distance. Swain avoids the head kick by Dickinson.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dickinson throws a head kick that misses. Dickinson misses with a takedown and Swain counters with a nice double leg into guard. Dickinson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Dickinson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Swain is one step ahead there. Swain won't allow Dickinson to get back to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Swain decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dickinson, up you get! Dickinson feints and as Swain raises his hands in defense, Dickinson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Swain tries to land a sweep but no joy. Dickinson being controlled here momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bryan Swain will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Bryan Swain's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Swain rushes Dickinson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dickinson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Swain has him pressed against the cage. Dickinson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Swain lands a body punch in the clinch. Dickinson lands with a right to the head. Swain drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

It looks like Brandon Dickinson has been cut. Dickinson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Swain smiles and moves away.
Dickinson swats away the attempt to clinch by Swain. Dickinson clinches up with Swain and pushes him back against the cage. A left hand lands to the body for Swain.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stalling in the clinch from Swain.

Swain pulls guard. Swain has control of Dickinson's left arm, preventing Dickinson from doing any damage. Swain wants to sweep here but Dickinson controlling him for the moment. Swain looking for a guillotine here but Dickinson defends easily.

Dickinson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Dickinson wants to control from the top but Swain keeps moving. Dickinson chips away with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dickinson throws a nice looking combination but Swain bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Swain rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dickinson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dickinson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Swain's guard. Dickinson wanted to stand there but Swain had control of the position. Swain controlling the position. Dickinson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Swain on the ground. Swain working a defensive guard here.

Dickinson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Swain is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dickinson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Swain controls the pace. Swain gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Dickinson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Dickinson decides to return to a standing position. Dickinson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Swain is squirming around, avoiding Dickinson's attempts to control the action. Dickinson throwing strikes here but Swain is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dickinson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Swain is on top in guard.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dickinson. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Swain crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dickinson - the referee stops the clock and Swain gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dickinson. Swain manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Swain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dickinson swivels and escapes. Dickinson scores with a three punch combo!

Dickinson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swain looking to control but Dickinson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Swain landing shots from mount. Swain manages to capitalize on a mistake by Dickinson to take his back! Swain lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Dickinson.
Swain avoiding Dickinson 's attempts to control his hands. Swain working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Swain is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Dickinson up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Swain cracks Dickinson with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Dickinson from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Swain tries to keep control of the position but Dickinson is staying busy. Dickinson has hold of Swain's arm. He needs to escape this position sooner or later but for now he's happy enough to control the position and prevent the submission attempts. Swain has Dickinson flattened out and is raining down punches.

Bryan Swain has got the better of the ground game so far. Dickinson controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Dickinson looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
