Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Henry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, John Bone! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henry tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bone sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Henry somewhat. Bone looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Bone closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Henry did well to prevent Bone getting side control. Henry trying to control here.
Bone trying to control the pace. Bone is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Henry sees it coming and defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry trying to control but Bone postures up.
Henry holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bone prevents Henry from improving his position. Henry controlling the position for now. Henry wants to control but Bone is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henry pushes Bone off looking to stand but Bone dives back in and keeps control.
Henry slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Henry looking for a sweep. Not yet Henry, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bone wants to control from the top but Henry keeps moving. Henry seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but John Bone will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Henry gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bone counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Henry has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bone avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Henry is pushing Bone up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Henry tries for a takedown. No joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Henry. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bone jumps guard and drags Henry to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Bone is looking to stand up but Henry isn't so interested in that idea. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bone is working an open guard so Henry takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bone shoots and misses and Henry counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry is looking to take a break and control but Bone is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bone looking for submissions off his back. Henry controlling the action here. Bone is staying active underneath Henry, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Henry is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Henry wants to control but Bone is keeping him busy. Bone trying to control from the bottom.
Henry really is a fat lump. Henry seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Henry stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Bone to get to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henry shoots in looking for a takedown. Bone tries to sprawl out of it but Henry keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bone has closed the distance and engaged Henry in a clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Henry jumps guard.
Henry keeping moving, preventing Bone from controlling successfully. Bone must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bone preventing the sweep. Bone being controlled here momentarily. Bone trying to control the position from guard on top but Henry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Henry dominated that second round. That's time! Henry's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Bone darts in trying to clinch and Henry counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Henry is keen to just control but Bone is a slippery customer. Henry controlling the pace. Henry wants to take a breather but Bone is having none of it. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Frank Henry just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Henry looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bone closes the distance looking to clinch and Henry counters with a shoot takedown. Bone fights it but they end up in guard. Bone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Henry sitting in guard, not really doing much. Frank Henry overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bone has momentary wrist control but Henry slips an elbow through the middle. Henry drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Henry jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Henry trying to control the position from guard on top but Bone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Henry accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bone clinches but Henry breaks the clinch and Henry counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Henry has Bone pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bone manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Bone stops a takedown attempt from Henry.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Henry. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bone is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
