Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kameron Forbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the ring accompanied by Kanye West- Amazing . The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nick Diaz! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kameron Forbs! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Forbs misses with a two punch combination.
Diaz looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Diaz staying out of range there. Diaz slips a jab from Forbs. Kameron Forbs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaz staying out of range there. Diaz misses the shot to the body. Diaz lands with a shot to the body. Diaz's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Diaz duly obliges.
It looks like Kameron Forbs has been cut. Diaz drops his hands momentarily and Forbs takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Forbs walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Forbs changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Forbs connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Diaz momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Donk. Diaz catches Forbs right on the button with a cross. Forbs dodges the punch combination from Diaz.

Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Forbs tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Forbs to the ground. Forbs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Forbs fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Diaz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Forbs lands a jab-cross combination. Forbs misses with an uppercut. Diaz saw that one coming. Nice sprawl there from Diaz as Forbs shoots in. Forbs falls off balance throwing a combination
and Diaz counters with a straight right hand. Forbs shoots in for a takedown but Diaz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Forbs throws a left and a right that both miss
and Diaz counters with a left to the body. Forbs looks gassed! Forbs swinging wildly here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diaz throws a right hand that Forbs ducks under and follows up with a left that Forbs also avoids with ease. Forbs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diaz.

Diaz slaps away a takedown attempt from Forbs, before circling back to the center of the mat. Nick Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Forbs doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Forbs manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Forbs controlling from the top position. Diaz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Forbs's guard.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Diaz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Diaz throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Diaz tries to free his leg and advance position but Forbs is retaining full guard. Diaz stands up from guard. Let's bang! Diaz moves out of range as Forbs strikes. Diaz throws a right and a left that both miss. Forbs misses with a body shot
and Diaz counters with a right hand to the body. Diaz swats away the attempt to clinch by Forbs. Forbs takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Diaz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Diaz lands a jab to Forbs's midsection. Forbs misses with a shot to the body and Diaz counters with a stiff right hand. Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Forbs sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Diaz walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Forbs just misses with a punch to the body.

Diaz tries to free his leg and advance position but Forbs is retaining full guard.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Diaz showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Diaz advances to half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Still in half guard, Diaz seems content to control. Forbs trying to control here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Diaz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Forbs defends it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Diaz dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Diaz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Diaz shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Diaz showed some decent athleticism there. Diaz tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Forbs is trying to stand up here but Diaz is controlling him well. Forbs is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Forbs is breathing heavily. Diaz perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Diaz is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Forbs knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Diaz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Forbs tries to escape but Diaz is in control. Forbs trying to remain calm as Diaz controls from the top position.

Forbs is trying to escape and Diaz transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Forbs is forced to tap! Nice work there by Diaz! Very nice indeed!
