Hrdlica is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. McDreamy is aware though and is defending well.
Hrdlica has control of McDreamy's left arm, preventing McDreamy from doing any damage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McDreamy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
McDreamy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hrdlica circles away quickly and effectively.
McDreamy takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hrdlica is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
McDreamy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hrdlica throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McDreamy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

McDreamy tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hrdlica cranks the arm and McDreamy screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from McDreamy, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
