Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Deano West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Can West hold on?! Smith is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
West could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Smith looking to break West's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. West remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Smith will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Smith lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
West keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
West had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Smith defends it easily.
Smith thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Smith has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of West is proving hard to escape from.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
West moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off.

West shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily.

Jamie Smith showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! West's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
West tries to close the distance and clinch but Smith swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
West doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Smith counters by moving into the clinch.
Smith breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Smith defends well against a solid takedown attempt from West.

West jumps guard but Smith stands there with West around his waist. West gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

West has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Smith defend it? West steps over the head and cranks it - Smith is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for West!
