Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roids Cannuck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alcides Salonica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cannuck might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Atreyu - Honor. Salonica is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "Weapons of Mad Distortion" by The Crystal Method. Alcides Salonica will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salonica bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Cannuck displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Salonica throws out the jab.
Cannuck misses the shot to the body.
Cannuck is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salonica sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Salonica lands a jab to the head.
Salonica throws a right hand that Cannuck ducks under and follows up with a left that Cannuck also avoids with ease.
Salonica catches Cannuck with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Salonica throws a hook but Cannuck avoids it easily.
Salonica throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Salonica looks to land a left hand but Cannuck moved out of range nicely.
Cannuck looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Salonica is fending him off so far but Cannuck persists. Nope, Salonica circles away and we're back to standing.
Cannuck gets caught flat footed, as Salonica shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Cannuck preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Salonica throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Salonica is looking to work some ground and pound but Cannuck has wrist control.
Salonica pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cannuck is keeping the position for now.
Salonica throws and elbow that misses. Cannuck uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Salonica's guard. Nice move by Cannuck!
Salonica looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Cannuck trying to control but Salonica is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Cannuck fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Salonica manages to avoid it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Cannuck swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Salonica throws a nice looking combination but Cannuck bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Cannuck throws a body punch but Salonica moves out of range.
Salonica moves into the clinch successfully.
Cannuck can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roids Cannuck. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A nice right hand lands inside from Salonica.
Salonica breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cannuck drops his hands momentarily and Salonica takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Salonica throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Salonica uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cannuck.
Salonica scores with a jab.
Salonica misses with a few strikes there.

Cannuck tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Salonica was well out of range. Poor timing from Cannuck.
Alcides Salonica seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Salonica throws the kick towards the body but Cannuck avoids it.
Cannuck takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Salonica lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Cannuck can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Salonica and Cannuck drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Salonica.
