Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Masoud Mazadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ishiha Ohai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ishiha Ohai has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Masoud Mazadi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Masoud Mazadi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ishiha Ohai! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mazadi feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Mazadi stands up over Ohai, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Mazadi lands a couple of decent looking shots. Ohai has momentary wrist control but Mazadi slips an elbow through the middle. Ohai is wriggling around but Mazadi manages to pass to half guard.
Ohai is looking for a sweep. Mazadi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Mazadi could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mazadi in particular looking to stall. Mazadi is looking for a kimura but Ohai is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mazadi to get the leverage. Mazadi looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Ohai trying to hold on to Mazadi's head to control him but Mazadi postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mazadi lands a nice short elbow. Mazadi is figuring out what he wants to do next. Mazadi is thwarting Ohai's attempts to control the position. Mazadi really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... Ohai is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mazadi pulls his head out easily.

Mazadi winds up and cracks Ohai with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Ohai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mazadi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ohai is looking to improve his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ohai wants to get back to full guard. Mazadi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Mazadi has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ohai defend it? Mazadi steps over the head and cranks it - Ohai is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Mazadi!
