Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Victor Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ciro Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Le comes to the cage accompanied by Ave Maria. Ciro Gracie told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le moves into the clinch.

Ciro Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie clinches but Le breaks the clinch

Le is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Gracie takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

and Le counters with a series of strikes. Gracie will be more careful next time no doubt.

Le lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gracie at a distance.

Gracie walks into a jab.
Le throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gracie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Le cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Le takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Le scores with a decent looking hook.
Gracie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Le cracks Gracie with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gracie needs to keep his hands up - Le had a free shot at his head there.

Le lands a right hook to the body.
Le punishes Gracie's body with a nice straight punch.
Gracie takes one on the chin but seems OK.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Gracie takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Le lands with a right that hurts Gracie. Gracie looks to clinch but Le throws a short knee that drops Gracie. This one is all over!
