1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Esko Nikkari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dennis Wise! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wise tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nikkari swivels and escapes. The fight moves into the clinch position. Nikkari lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Dennis Wise has been cut. Nikkari lands a knee to the head.
Nikkari with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Wise tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Nikkari just stands there and leans against the cage. Nikkari connects with a knee to the head.

Wise tries to break the clinch but Nikkari is controlling the position. Nikkari lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Nikkari lands an elbow that stopped Wise in his tracks for a moment. Wise wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nikkari has him pressed against the cage. Nikkari landing knees to the head.
Wise is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nikkari gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Esko Nikkari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dennis Wise. Wise wants to break free but Nikkari has control.
Wise wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nikkari with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Wise wants to get back to striking at distance but Nikkari won't allow it.

Wise is rocked! Wise wants to break free but Nikkari has control.
Wise is still on wobbly legs! Can Nikkari finish him? Nikkari lands a nice elbow. Nikkari lands an elbow that stopped Wise in his tracks for a moment. Nikkari comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Nikkari lands a big knee! That's hurt Wise! Oh, he's all over the place! Nikkari lands another knee that sends Wise to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Esko Nikkari!
