Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawkins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Tubthumping" by Chumbawumba. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkins displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lesnar throws out the jab.
Lesnar tries to clinch but Hawkins is having none of it.
Hawkins misses the jab.
Lesnar looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hawkins throws a leg kick but Lesnar sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Lesnar throws a big shot that misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lesnar tries to bum rush Hawkins with a series of wild strikes but Hawkins uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lesnar misses the jab.
Hawkins is looking to clinch but Lesnar is avoiding it.
Lesnar throws an overhand right that lands on Hawkins's shoulder, as Hawkins tries to avoid the shot.
A big left from Lesnar misses.
Lesnar lands with a nice combination. Hawkins backs away looking to recover.
Lesnar slips under a jab from Hawkins.
Hawkins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hawkins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lesnar tries to move into range but Hawkins moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Lesnar walks into a left hand.
Lesnar is rocked!

Hawkins sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Lesnar's defenses. It connects perfectly with Lesnar's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
