Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cyril Kivel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cyril Kivel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roy McCoy! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kivel misses with a double jab.
McCoy scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Kivel throws a low kick but it's checked well by McCoy. McCoy closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Kivel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kivel closes the distance looking to clinch enabling McCoy to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Cyril Kivel has been cut. McCoy throws a front kick aimed at Kivel's knee but Kivel avoids it well. Kivel forces McCoy back against the cage and clinches. Kivel tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and McCoy avoids it. Kivel can't break the clinch.
Kivel tries to pull guard but McCoy won't allow it.
McCoy tries to stall but Kivel uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
McCoy putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Kivel in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Kivel trying to land knees to the body.
Kivel drags the fight down to the ground.
Kivel looking for a sweep. Not yet Kivel, not yet. McCoy trying to control the position from guard on top but Kivel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McCoy wants to stand but Kivel is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kivel looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
McCoy stopping the sweep attempt from Kivel. McCoy wants to control from the top but Kivel keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. McCoy wants to stand but Kivel has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Kivel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
McCoy wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCoy is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
McCoy is squirming around, avoiding Kivel's attempts to control the action. Kivel won't let McCoy get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Kivel looking to control but McCoy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Kivel is breathing heavily. McCoy really wants to buck Kivel off and get back to his feet. Kivel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. McCoy's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. McCoy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kivel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McCoy blocking the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McCoy squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kivel working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Kivel tries to control but McCoy wriggling away. Kivel thowing shots but they're missing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McCoy squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roy McCoy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Cyril Kivel's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kivel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McCoy moves out of range and avoids them all easily. McCoy with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
McCoy thumps Kivel with a low kick. McCoy tries to clinch but Kivel is having none of it. McCoy lands a big head kick that sends Kivel tumbling to the mat! McCoy takes a step backwards and waves Kivel back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Kivel is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McCoy circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kivel drops to the canvas, hurt badly! McCoy follows Kivel to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roy McCoy!
