Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gustov Perculov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Mclevain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gustov Perculov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dave Mclevain! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perculov tries to clinch but Mclevain is having none of it. Perculov is looking to slow Mclevain down with leg kicks. Perculov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mclevain as he avoids it easily. Mclevain gets the takedown into side control. Mclevain working away. Perculov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mclevain throws a strike aimed at the side of Perculov's head but Perculov avoids it well. Perculov is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Mclevain's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Mclevain thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Perculov's head. Perculov gets full guard. Mclevain is looking to work some ground and pound but Perculov has wrist control. Perculov avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Perculov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Perculov pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perculov working the ground and pound effectively.
Perculov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Perculov is working for a guillotine from mount but Mclevain frees his head quite easily.
Perculov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Perculov looking to control but Mclevain is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Perculov with good strikes from the mount here! Mclevain tries to lock up and control but Perculov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mclevain keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Mclevain looks gassed! Perculov looking to control and managing it successfully. Perculov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mclevain is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mclevain and Perculov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Mclevain wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Perculov throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Perculov is looking to take a break and control but Mclevain is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Perculov advances nicely into full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gustov Perculov dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The fight stays on the outside here - Perculov looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Perculov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mclevain was covering up waiting for the punch and Perculov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Perculov not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Mclevain keeping moving, preventing Perculov from controlling successfully. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mclevain can do anything to dispel that myth. Mclevain is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perculov trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Perculov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Perculov decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Perculov tries to close the distance and clinch but Mclevain swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Mclevain shoots in looking for a takedown. Perculov tries to sprawl out of it but Mclevain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Perculov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Perculov doesn't succeed with the takedown so Mclevain counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Mclevain stops Perculov from standing up. Mclevain throws and elbow that misses. Perculov uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mclevain's guard. Nice move by Perculov! Mclevain is working an open guard so Perculov takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Perculov fails with the takedown and Mclevain counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Mclevain missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perculov is trying is best to control the position here. Perculov manages to get to full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mclevain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Perculov looking for a sweep. Not yet Perculov, not yet. Perculov trying to control the position here. Mclevain must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Perculov preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Perculov looking for a triangle here. Mclevain is fighting it but it looks tight! Perculov pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Mclevain is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Gustov Perculov!
