Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Manuel swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A head kick misses from Manuel.
Silva closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Manuel can't do much from the bottom here.
Manuel sneaks back into half guard.
Manuel is in trouble now - Silva has advanced to mount!
Manuel tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Manuel wants to control but Silva is having none of it.

Manuel is trying to reverse the position but instead Silva has taken his back - oops!

Silva is trying to stick to Manuel's back but Manuel is turning into Silva. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Silva's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Manuel.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Silva holds on and takes a little breather.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Silva counters with a nice double leg into side control. Manuel won't be happy with that.
Silva goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Manuel rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Silva's guard! Nice work there by Manuel!

Manuel is in a horrible position here. Silva smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Manuel tries to reverse the position but Silva maintains control.

Silva is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Manuel has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Manuel wants to hold on but Silva pushes him away.

Silva lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Manuel is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Silva swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Manuel is now in Silva's guard. A big mistake from Silva there, giving up the dominant position!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Manuel controls Silva momentarily but Silva frees himself.
Manuel wants to stand but Silva is controlling the position.
Manuel has momentary wrist control but Silva slips an elbow through the middle.

Manuel has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Silva off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Manuel tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.
Manuel misses with a takedown attempt
and Silva counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Manuel!
The Giant Silva has got the better of the ground game so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Manuel is looking to get to half guard.
Manuel is in a horrible position here. Silva smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
BOOM! Silva connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Silva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Manuel is wriggling around trying to escape.
Silva trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
The Giant Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Silva connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Manuel some visible discomfort.
Manuel is looking for a sweep.
Silva tries to move to mount but Manuel blocks the move with his legs.
Manuel seems a little lost for a moment, as Silva dominates the positioning.

The Giant Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Silva winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
