Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Glazkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barnabus McKraken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glazkov comes to the cage accompanied by Crosshairs. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dimitri Glazkov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Barnabus McKraken! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKraken keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. McKraken wants to clinch. Glazkov swinging wilding here.
Glazkov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. McKraken tries to improve his position but instead Glazkov has taken his back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Glazkov is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. McKraken knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften McKraken for a finish. Glazkov working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. You can see the frustration on McKraken's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
That's one minute gone in the round. McKraken looking very determined here, making life difficult for Glazkov.
McKraken wants to control his opponent's hands but Glazkov gets his hands free. Glazkov is trying to stick to McKraken's back but McKraken is turning into Glazkov. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Glazkov's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by McKraken. Glazkov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. McKraken looking to sit in guard and control but Glazkov gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. McKraken is trying to keep Glazkov in close.
Glazkov wants to get up but he can't break McKraken's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. McKraken throws a series of punches but Glazkov moves out of range. McKraken drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Glazkov is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on McKraken's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Glazkov is breathing heavily. Glazkov wants to sweep but no luck. McKraken wants to pass the guard but Glazkov is keeping the position. McKraken slips nicely into half guard. McKraken not landing any meaningful shots this time. Glazkov is looking to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. McKraken is looking to take a break and control but Glazkov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. McKraken tries to pass the half guard into mount. Glazkov knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Glazkov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Glazkov trying to control but McKraken is working from the bottom. McKraken trying to keep a closed guard but Glazkov is proving a slippery customer.

McKraken trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Glazkov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Glazkov wants to control from the top but McKraken keeps moving. Glazkov slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. McKraken tries to improve position but can't. McKraken is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. McKraken manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. McKraken keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Glazkov is thwarting McKraken's attempts to control the position. McKraken is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Glazkov pulls his head out easily. McKraken is looking to control Glazkov's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can McKraken avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
