The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pfrenger lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends McLovin sprawling to the canvas. Pfrenger follows him down, looking for the kill. Can McLovin hang on?
McLovin is rocked!
It looks like Robert McLovin has been cut.
Pfrenger decides to stand up.
McLovin is still on wobbly legs! Can Pfrenger finish him?
McLovin throws a sloppy head kick and Pfrenger moves out of range easily.
McLovin seems to have recovered his senses.
Pfrenger throws a series of punches but McLovin avoids them all with ease.
A cross from Pfrenger lands.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A head kick misses from McLovin.
McLovin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pfrenger connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McLovin is rocked!
Pfrenger swinging wildly here.
McLovin drops his hands momentarily. Pfrenger doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. McLovin staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. McLovin doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ken Pfrenger!
