Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joker Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boom Boom Bautista (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joker Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Boom Boom Bautista!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bautista.


It looks like Joker Silva has been cut.
Nice defenses there by Silva.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Silva.

Silva thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Bautista tries to escape but Silva is in control.
Silva is looking to take a break and control but Bautista is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Silva happy to just control the position for now.
Bautista is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bautista stuffs the takedown.
A big right from Bautista misses.
Bautista connects with a crisp jab.
Bautista connects with a looping right hand.
Bautista misses with an uppercut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Silva.
Silva bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Silva shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Silva showed some decent athleticism there.
Silva is breathing heavily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bautista is looking to escape.

Bautista kicks off Silva and gets to his feet.
No joy there for Bautista, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bautista looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
Bautista throws a looping overhand right but Silva ducks down to avoid it.
Silva takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.


Joker Silva's cut is getting worse.

Silva closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Silva lands in his opponent's guard.
Bautista wants to stand but Silva is controlling the position.
Bautista is looking to stand back up but Silva counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Bautista.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bautista is trying to escape back to his feet but Silva uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Bautista is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Silva is controlling him well.
Bautista is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Silva in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bautista keeps working.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bautista is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Bautista bucks up and tries to throw Silva off but instead Silva has got his back!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Boom Boom Bautista dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Joker Silva's cut.
That's time! Back to the action!


Silva avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bautista is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Silva.
Silva slips a jab from Bautista.
Bautista might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Bautista misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Silva takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Bautista misses with a series of wild punches.
No joy there for Bautista, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Silva closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bautista did well to prevent Silva getting side control.

Silva seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Bautista is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Joker Silva!
