Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Atrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maipazong Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maipazong Lee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paul Atrell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Maipazong Lee!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lee lands an overhand right.
Lee on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Atrell. Atrell obviously looking to wear him down.
Lee scores with a three punch combo!
Atrell gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lee lands a jab to Atrell's midsection.
Lee defending well as Atrell loads up on a big left hand.
Lee takes a swing at Atrell's ribcage but misses.
Nice uppercut lands for Lee. That snapped Atrell's head back.
Atrell throws a leg kick but Lee sees it coming and moves out of range.
Atrell buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Atrell moves out of range as Lee strikes.
Atrell dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lee. That did some damage!
Lee misses with an uppercut. Atrell saw that one coming.
Lee's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Lee duly obliges.
Atrell jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Atrell lands a front kick.
Maipazong Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Atrell closes the distance and clinches.
Atrell dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Atrell keeps control of Lee as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Lee avoiding damage as Atrell throws knees to the body.

Atrell changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Atrell closes the distance and clinches.
Atrell tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lee avoids it.
Atrell throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Atrell fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lee blocks an elbow strike from Atrell.
Lee is trying to break the clinch but Atrell is controlling him.
Atrell has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Atrell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Atrell throws an elbow that misses.
Atrell drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Atrell breaks the clinch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Atrell gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Atrell walks into a left hand.
Atrell closes the distance and clinches.

Atrell tries to land knees in the clinch but Lee avoids the damage to the body.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Atrell.
Atrell just leaning against Lee, taking a breather.
Atrell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Atrell avoids a punch combination nicely.

Lee misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Atrell.
Atrell moves into range and clinches up with Lee.
Atrell is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lee pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Atrell tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Atrell fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Atrell has a couple of punches blocked by Lee.
Atrell has Lee pressed against the cage.
Atrell breaks from the clinch.
Lee swings for the body but Atrell moves out of range.
Nice shot lands for Lee.
Lee scores with a jab to the head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Atrell.
Lee lands with a hook. Atrell tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Atrell is rocked!
Lee throws an overhand right that has Atrell reeling! Lee follows up with more punches and Atrell is out cold! This one is all over!
