Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rude Boy Stig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by In The Morning. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a half hearted mid kick.
Stig connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Smith's hands.
Stig fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stig missing with a left hand there. Smith was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Smith throws a leg kick but Stig checks it.
Stig ducks right into an uppercut from Smith.

Stig connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Smith momentarily.

Stig on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Smith. Smith obviously looking to wear him down.
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stig moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smith closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Smith lands in his opponent's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smith scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Rude Boy Stig is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stig is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Smith pulls his head out easily.
