Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between konnee ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Possible (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Possible has chosen Like I Never Left as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

ray slaps away a takedown attempt from Possible, before circling back to the center of the mat.

so Possible counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

ray is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Possible is controlling him.
Possible is standing up over ray. ray looks to escape but Possible dives into side control.

Possible wants to lay and pray for a moment but ray keeps working.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Possible is looking for a sweep. ray is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Possible shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. ray is trying to defend but Possible finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Possible tries to pass the half guard into mount. ray knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Well, if Possible is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
ray trying his best to control but Possible has mounted him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
ray shoots in looking for a takedown. Possible tries to sprawl out of it but ray keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Possible manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
ray has his takedown stuffed
and Possible counters by moving into the clinch.
ray is working for takedown but Possible is calmly controlling the position for now.

ray thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Well Possible has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
