Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takanori Sakurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Rotoras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakurai comes to the cage accompanied by number girl syndrome. Rotoras has chosen Remember the Name! as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakurai shoots in looking for a takedown. Rotoras tries to sprawl out of it but Sakurai keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rotoras manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sakurai fails to land the takedown.
Rotoras displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sakurai .
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Takanori Sakurai . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rotoras smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Rotoras gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sakurai to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Sakurai is looking to advance position but Rotoras has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Sakurai is in a horrible position here. Rotoras smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Sakurai is rocked!
Rotoras softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Sakurai is out cold! Rotoras jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
