Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fredo Parish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colonel Mustard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mustard has chosen Crazy Train as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fredo Parish! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colonel Mustard! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parish swings for the body but Mustard moves out of range.
Parish stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Parish wants it to stay on the feet. Parish defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mustard. Parish throws a hook but Mustard avoids it easily. Parish shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mustard manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Parish lands a couple of digs. Parish pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mustard is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Parish has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mustard is looking for a triangle but Parish pushes his legs off easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mustard wants to control but Parish passes into side.

You can see the frustration on Mustard's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Mustard is trying to get back to half guard. Mustard manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Mustard tries to roll over but Parish keeps him under control. Mustard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parish stands up over Mustard, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Parish passes Mustard's left leg - he's now in half guard. Mustard trying to hold on to Parish's head to control him but Parish postures up.

Mustard looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Parish pushes past his half guard into mount! Mustard takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mustard is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Mustard tries to free his leg and advance position but Parish is retaining full guard. Parish keeping moving, preventing Mustard from controlling successfully. Mustard feints and as Parish raises his hands in defense, Mustard changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Parish looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mustard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Parish is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Parish is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mustard throws an elbow but Parish slips to the side and avoids it well. Mustard misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mustard ducks under a wild hook from Parish. Parish throws an overhand right that lands on Mustard's shoulder, as Mustard tries to avoid the shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mustard doesn't succeed with the takedown and Parish counters with a nice uppercut. Parish throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mustard sees it coming and avoids it easily. Parish misses with a wild combination.
Mustard fails with the takedown and Parish counters with a takedown into side control. Parish working away. Mustard manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Parish tries to get to full guard but Mustard has control of the leg. Parish avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mustard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mustard prevents Parish from improving his position. Mustard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Parish doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mustard. Parish moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Mustard passes into half guard. Parish moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Fredo Parish overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Mustard is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Parish is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Parish has escaped and now he's on top! Parish looking to pass the guard. Parish landing some decent shots from guard. Parish is in close to Mustard's body, working some short punches and elbows. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fredo Parish dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mustard tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mustard has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Mustard tries for a kimura but Parish is defending well. Colonel Mustard has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mustard takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Parish manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Parish tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Mustard has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Mustard moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Parish has worked his arm free - good work by Parish!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mustard goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Parish has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Mustard but great work by Parish. Mustard takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Parish scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Mustard to see if he's OK. Parish working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Mustard is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Parish lands a few punches from side control.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Fredo Parish. Well Parish has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
