Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Math Prush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Rasputin Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Math Prush has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Math Prush! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Rasputin Rasputin! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prush ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rasputin moves away. Prush fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rasputin avoids it really well and circles away. Rasputin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. A looping hook to the body misses from Rasputin. Prush does a little dance to reset his feet. Prush really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Prush ducks under a wild hook from Rasputin. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Rasputin checks a leg kick. Prush turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Rasputin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Prush tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Rasputin pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Prush swings for the body but Rasputin moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Prush tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A slapping leg kick lands for Prush.

Prush tries to clinch but Rasputin is having none of it. Rasputin throws a nice looking combination but Prush bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Prush. Rasputin does a little dance to reset his feet. Rasputin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Prush sprawls well initially but Rasputin persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Rasputin wants to pass the guard but Prush is defending well. Prush is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rasputin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rasputin's back! Prush wants to control the position but Rasputin frees himself and scrambles - Prush manages to regain control in side control.
Prush controlling the position. Prush wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rasputin keeps working. Prush is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Rasputin is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rasputin tries to buck Prush off but Prush is having none of it. Rasputin sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Well, if Prush is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Prush wants to control but Rasputin is keeping him busy. Prush looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Rasputin tries to roll over but Prush keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prush controlling the action here. Prush will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Math Prush just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Prush doesn't manage to clinch there - Rasputin circles away.
Rasputin shoots in looking for a takedown. Prush tries to sprawl out of it but Rasputin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Prush manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Prush tries to close the distance and clinch but Rasputin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rasputin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Prush gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Prush landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Prush landing knees to the body.
Prush creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rasputin's defenses. Rasputin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Prush is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Rasputin is defending well for now. Prush drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rasputin pulls his leg out and moves away.
Prush throws a right hand that Rasputin ducks under and follows up with a left that Rasputin also avoids with ease. Rasputin gets caught flat footed, as Prush shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Prush throws a strike but Rasputin rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Rasputin chips away with some ground and pound. Prush has momentary wrist control but Rasputin slips an elbow through the middle. Rasputin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Prush pulls Rasputin in close to his closed guard and prevents Rasputin from doing any damage or advancing position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Math Prush dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Rasputin walks into a left hand. Rasputin keeps the fight on the outside. Rasputin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Prush.

That's one minute gone in the round. Prush tries to clinch up but Rasputin circles away and keeps his distance. Prush shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rasputin is trying to defend but Prush finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Rasputin tries to get to full guard but Prush has control of the leg. Prush misses with a head shot. Rasputin uses the momentum to regain guard. Prush trying to control but Rasputin is working from the bottom. Prush controlling from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prush looking to sit in guard and control but Rasputin gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Rasputin looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rasputin postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Rasputin throws a big right hand that misses. Prush trying to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasputin stopping the sweep attempt from Prush. Rasputin postures up and lands a big shot to Prush's brow. Prush manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Prush wants to control but Rasputin has made it back to half guard. Nice work. Prush is just content to waste time from the top position. Rasputin takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Rasputin wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prush trying to control but Rasputin is working from the bottom. Prush pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rasputin is keeping the position for now. Rasputin keeping moving, preventing Prush from controlling successfully. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Piotr Rasputin Rasputin will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
A big right from Prush misses. Rasputin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Prush counters with a stiff right hand. Math Prush seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Prush shoots and misses and Rasputin counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Prush! Rasputin landing strikes, looking to finish!
It looks like Math Prush has been cut. Rasputin breaks from Prush's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Math Prush's cut is getting worse. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rasputin fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
