Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcos Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goose Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcos Dos Santos is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Dos Santos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Walters sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Walters gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dos Santos to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dos Santos trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Dos Santos controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Walters keeping moving, preventing Dos Santos from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walters is looking to stand back up but Dos Santos counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Walters.

Dos Santos wants to pass the guard but Walters is defending well.
Walters wants to get back to his feet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Walters throws a nice looking combination but Dos Santos bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Walters misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dos Santos.
A telegraphed right hand from Walters misses the target.
A slow jab from Walters misses its intended target.
Walters throws a hook but Dos Santos blocks it.
Dos Santos clinches up against the cage.
Dos Santos prevents the takedown attempt.

Walters is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Walters tries to circle away but Dos Santos has him pinned against the cage.
Walters wants to break free but Dos Santos has control.
Walters wants to get back to striking at distance but Dos Santos won't allow it.
Dos Santos jumps into guard, dragging Walters to the mat.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dos Santos is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Dos Santos is working hard here to advance position.
Dos Santos is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Walters wants to get up but he can't break Dos Santos's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Dos Santos not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Walters prevents Dos Santos from getting back to his feet.
Walters wants to control from the top but Dos Santos keeps moving.
Dos Santos has his foot on Walters's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Walters works his way back into a safe position though.
Dos Santos trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A swing and a miss from Walters.
Dos Santos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Dos Santos is breathing heavily.
Dos Santos postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Walters is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dos Santos, into his guard.
Dos Santos wants to sweep here but Walters controlling him for the moment.

Dos Santos is looking to stand up but Walters isn't so interested in that idea.
Walters gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Goose Walters is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dos Santos shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Walters cracks Dos Santos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Marcos Dos Santos has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walters stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walters wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcos Dos Santos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dos Santos displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Walters throws out the jab.
Walters throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Walters cracks Dos Santos on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Dos Santos falls backwards against the cage. Walters follows up with more strikes that drop Dos Santos to his knees. Walters keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Dos Santos! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Goose Walters!
