Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, White Pawn!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Regular has Pawn up against the cage in a clinch.
Regular lands a nice knee to the body.

Pawn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pawn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Regular pinned against the cage. Regular gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Regular moves in looking to clinch but Pawn pushes him off.
Pawn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Regular avoids it really well and circles away.

Pawn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Regular, who protects the arm well.

Pawn has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Regular is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pawn yanks on the arm and Regular is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pawn.
