Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardt misses with a low kick as James jumps back.
Hardt throws a head kick that misses.
Dalern Hardt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
James feints and as Hardt raises his hands in defense, James changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hardt working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. James doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. James manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
James with a flurry of punches that miss.
James tries to free his leg and advance position but Hardt is retaining full guard.
James is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hardt has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. James is looking to defend but Hardt has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for James! Hardt pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, James taps out and this one is all over!
