Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Lucas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Stark! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lucas shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Stark is trying to defend but Lucas finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lucas thows a huge punch but Stark dodges it nicely.
Lucas blocks the strikes from Stark.
Stark actively working from the bottom here. Stark kicks off Lucas and gets to his feet. Lucas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lucas wants to clinch up but Stark keeps it at a distance. Lucas fails to land with a series of punches.
Lucas is trying hard to land a takedown here. Stark sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lucas fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stark sprawls well initially but Lucas persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Lucas is stalling here. Stark is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Lucas seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Stark has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Lucas is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Check out the look on Stark's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Stark working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Stark decides to stand back up. Stark steps back and let's Lucas get back to his feet. Lucas looks for the body kick but Stark saw that one coming. Lucas tries to land a front kick but Stark steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Stark throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lucas was covering up waiting for the punch and Stark finishes the takedown easily into guard. Stark pushing down on Lucas's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Stark content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Lucas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stark on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stark has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Let's hope that Stark has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Lucas keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stark in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lucas tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Stark!
