The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

DomDom throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Greasy stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. DomDom follows into mount!

Greasy is rocked!

It looks like Friction Greasy has been cut.
Greasy bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Oh Greasy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Greasy is looking for a kimura but DomDom is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Greasy to get the leverage.
Greasy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Greasy jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but DomDom manages to avoid the submission attempt.
DomDom really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greasy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
DomDom is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Greasy is controlling him well.

Greasy has worked his way into a potential kimura here. DomDom is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Greasy yanks on the arm and DomDom is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Greasy.
